Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside of this REGION. The PRODUCTS will be sent to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the order process.
Shipping Time
The PRODUCTS will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days. Preparing the order, issuing the invoice, and checking the stock status of the products beforehand are indicated on https://underbross.com/. These times are understood to be excluding weekends and public holidays. Provided that the electronic address shown on the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an electronic message when the PRODUCTS are dispatched.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the order process, underbros will inform the CUSTOMER about the possible delivery times and formulas for the purchased PRODUCTS. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, the cost of shipping will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against a signature and presentation of an ID. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to pick up their package at the post office.
DELIVERY Issues
The CUSTOMER will be informed about the delivery date when selecting the carrier before confirming the order at the end of the online ordering process. It is stated that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this is unsuccessful, the CUSTOMER must notify the SELLER within a reasonable time to deliver it, and if it is not delivered within this period, the contract can be terminated. The SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes, and delivery costs to the CUSTOMER using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER, without unnecessary delay after receiving the termination letter. The SELLER is responsible for the DELIVERY of the PRODUCT to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss indicated during delivery.
