Personal Data Protection Information:
At Underbros, we attach great importance to processing and safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"). We would like to inform you about our purposes and methods for collecting, processing, and transferring your personal data, and your rights arising from the Law.
Methods of Collecting Personal Data:
As Underbros, acting as the data controller, we collect your personal data through verbal, written, or electronic methods via our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means. We do so within the scope of our legal obligations, in order to provide our services, inform you about our campaigns with your consent, record your suggestions and complaints, create better service standards, determine and implement Underbros' commercial and business strategies.
Processing and Purposes of Processing Personal Data:
As Underbros, acting as the data controller, we collect, record, store, modify, update, periodically check, reorganize, classify, and preserve your personal and/or sensitive personal data through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any other channels. We may share your personal data, where required by law or necessary for our services, with our partners, public authorities, and other third parties in Turkey or abroad, as per legal requirements, or in order to offer you better service, and always in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and relevant regulations.
Transfer of Personal Data:
Underbros will only share your personal data with third parties based on your explicit consent, or in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, within Turkey or abroad with sufficient security measures, as required by business activities, to ensure the relationship between data subjects and our customers, or for offering services, opportunities, and enhancing service quality. This may include our group companies, business partners, customers we have agreements with, suppliers, audit firms, or public institutions entitled to request such data.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("Law"):
Underbros will respond to the following requests from data subjects:
a) Learn whether Underbros processes their personal data, and which data is processed, b) Obtain information about the purposes of processing, c) Know the third parties to whom Underbros transfers personal data, either domestically or abroad, d) Request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data, e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law, f) Request the notification of any corrections, deletions, or destructions of personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, g) Object to a result arising from the processing of data solely through automated systems, and h) Obtain a copy of their personal data.

Privacy and Security
Underbros Online Shop collects some of your personal information (name, age, interests, email, etc.) in order to provide better services. The information collected on Underbros Online Shop's servers is used solely within Underbros Online Shop for periodical campaigns, special promotions tailored to customer profiles, and customer "classification" work to prevent unsolicited emails. Underbros Online Shop will not share this information with third parties without the knowledge of the user or contrary instructions, will not use it for commercial purposes unrelated to its activities, and will not sell it.
Customer information will only be disclosed to official authorities if requested by them and in accordance with mandatory legal provisions.
Only the customer can access and modify the information entered in the system. It is not possible for someone else to access or modify this information. Your credit card details requested on the payment page are not stored on the servers of Underbros Online Shop or its service providers to ensure the highest level of security for you. All payment transactions are conducted between the bank and your computer through the Underbros Shop interface.
