WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following 2 main payment methods:
● STRIPE
UNDERBROS primarily uses STRIPE to process secure payments. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover via PayPal.
● Secure Credit Card Payments
We can also accept Credit Card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
All of our transactions are in EURO. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the relevant conversion rate for the currency you selected, depending on the website you are on.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payment in 3 installments. You will be able to select this payment option during checkout.
HOW DO I CHANGE/EDIT MY ORDER?
If you notice an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact us through our Support Center. Please remember that we can assist with changes to your order before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly during the order process, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
